Can family members visit whenever they wish?

Yes. Families are welcome at any time during visiting hours, which run daily from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm. We encourage family involvement and are happy to accommodate special occasions or longer visits by arrangement.

How are meals planned and can dietary needs be noted?

Our kitchen follows a seasonal Cantonese menu and produces three meals daily plus an afternoon tea sitting. Staff are pleased to note personal food preferences, allergies, or texture requirements — these are recorded from the first day of residence.

What is included in the Full Comfort Residence Package?

The Full Comfort Residence at HK$3,880 per month covers a private furnished room, daily housekeeping, fresh linen and laundry, errand assistance, a personal welcome host, and full access to the dining and garden programmes. There are no hidden charges for standard daily services.

How do we arrange a viewing or trial stay?
